As a reasonably healthy and balanced IBM, I have to ponder how I managed to devolve into a fraction of the man I was 25 years ago. 

I understand what I need to do to reverse the decline, it's just more arduous than ever to call up the willpower to make vital improvements. ​​​​​​​

Why did we not learn from the Stoics, the Greeks, or the Code of Bushido, how to live a pure and worthy life?.
